The old man drew graffiti

I watched news that said “In Germany the old man drew graffiti to wall and he was arrested”. According to the news, a young man caught sight of the old man who had a spray can and drew graffiti to a wall. The young man talked to the old man. At once he ran away. But, the young man caught up and captured the old man. When the old man arrested he had drew graffiti at least twice. He was 70 years old. I thought he was a senile old man.
