On 5 th, Hamamatsu Pref. police arrested a policeman named Ishikawa because of his shoplifting. Ishikawa stole some groceries worth 2800 yen at a drugstore. When a customer noticed him, he tried to run away by jumping off from the window. Then he got arrested at the point 200 meters away from the store. I think that such case should never be allowed.
