Unfortunate actions

Recently, there has been a news about North Korea's nuclear test. On TV and news papers, we can see many articles related to this story such as, "Is Japan going nuclear as well?" However, I have found an interesting article. It was about Korean people living in Japan. They are now worried that they may be treated badly in Japan due to those tests. Unfortunately, Korean schools in Japan received threating letters after the missile test which took place in July, and had become the target of harassments. I couldn't believe why people do such things like this. It's very cruel, and meaningless as well. Even if people take violent actions, that wouldn't be any help to solve problems. It may worsen the situation instead. I don't know how to conclude this, but this is what I felt and thought from hearing this news.
