Kamakura

Have you ever been to Kamakura? It is a famous old city in Japan and known as the Kamakura period. I went to Kamakura to do my homework in the college today. Kamakura is known as the samurai, but there are many temples. I visited Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, which is the most famous in Kamakura, and Kenchoji temple, which was built by Tokiyori Hojyou. Kamakura is surrounded by many mountains. This had an important meaning that enemies of Kamakura-bakufu was hard to attack. There were a lot of foreign travelers who are interested in Japanese history. You can feel Japanese history closer, so you should visit there.
