Not a wild boar but a bred pig

There was news that the boy of 11 years had killed a huge wild boar. However, there is possibility that it was not wild boar but bred pig. Though a person bought the pig as a pet, the pig grew up so big that the person sold it to the farm. However, I'm surprised that the pig that grows so much is sold as a pet.
