about NEET people

Hi, everyone! Today, I watched the special selection about NEET people in Japan, so I considered about them. I think recent increase of NEET people in Japan is due to company's principle, negative thinking of young people, and the attitude of their family. To begin with, companies that avoid adopting new graduates increased because of the depression. Young people who studied a lot, and get qualifications for the sake of getting ideal jobs, are confronted with some difficulties that they won't be able to unofficial decision from the company's principle has changed. So the cause of increasing NEET people is not only accountable for young people but also companies.On the basis of that situation, they started to think of themselves as having no abilities. They also feel like they are not needed from the society. From that thinking, they can not discover the value for working, and will get cold feet for working. Besides, they can not share that distress with their family. Parents prod them to find and get a firm job, yet they don't notice their child's feeling. That action leads them more uncomfortable, and to demoralize. If companies try to adopt more people, change their principle for adoption, young people could change the way of thinking, and has comfortable environment in which they are able to share their thought with their family, increase of NEET people can be stopped some day. Hmm....I think of them really seriously!! I'm looking for this problem will be solved in someday!
