Visiting Asakusa
Today I visited Asakusa with my friend. After taking a picture at Kaminari-Mon, we walked Nakamise-Dori. We drunk Amazake (a sweet beverage made from fermented rice or sake less), tried some rice crackers, Imo-yokan (a sweet bean jelly made from sweet potatos), and Ningyo-yaki (one of the Japanese-style buns stuffed with azuki-bean paste). I ate too much but they were great! I recommend some Imo-yokan for you. We went to Asakusa shrine, where we tried fortune slips. Our slips were very good luck, and written in English too, for foreign visitors. Anyway, we had great time there in Asakusa, so you should visit there anytime soon!!
