Suicidal student

A boy wrote a letter to the education minister on Tuesday threatening to commit suicide at school this weekend because he was bullied. At a news conference the minister, Bunmei Ibuki, pleaded with the author of the letter not to give up. The boy wrote on the letter that he is going to kill himself at school on November 11th, that is very soon. I hope he will stop thinking about killing himself. My sister was saying that the boy who sent the letter is very rude sending the letter in that way. It might be rude but I think the more important thing is he should stop committing suicide.
