"bridge" people

Hi, i saw the news that prime minister Abe and his wife visited Vitnam. I am interested in his wife Akie and her activities. she works to connect the world in many way, so i respect her a lot. another, there are many Japanese people work as bridges between the world!! Like Daisuke Matsuzaka or also Ichiro, matsui and so on, many japanese athletes are becoming popular and familier to foreigners with their wonderful performsnces. Or HikaruUutada or kinki-kids are also connecting the world with their songs. I think these people are important for all of us living on the Earth, because of the present globalization. We need some medium which is familier to us in order to communicate with people who have different backgrounds. I hope i can work as "bridge" like them even if wht i can do is smaller than them.
