Child abuse
Yesteday,I read the column about Child-abuse deaths. In the United States, around 872,000 children became victims of child abuse or neglect in 2004. Around 1,490 kids died. In Japan, Japanese authorities know that child is at risk but failed to do anything about it.
The environment of a certain family is difficult to change. Also, it's difficult for society to get involved with a certain family.
The children's rights actually seem not to be thougt much of. What do you think?

If people abuse child many times, child died. So I seldom think that parent abuse child. But children are abused, and children died.
If there are reason that people abuse child, should think or ask that should do it before they abuse child. Because what people kill child is bad.
Why do parents abuse their child? I think that they doesn't have consciousness of parents. Fundamentally, it is only parents that can protect the child.So,I think that the person who does harm to child's mind and body shouldn't have the child.
