Weather Volunteer

By volunteers the data that was not known by AMEDAS is developing. The volunteer send data to the Meteorological Agency. The data is the quantity of water in a cap. The cap was distributed to volunteers. There are from 3,000 to 4,000 volunteers in Japan. Today, unstable weather is increasing. This system should be taken in from now on.
