How to make the war

It is simple. If one country's army land the other country's land without permisson, it will be start the war. Now,a part of Japan is invaded by other country. Where? Tokyo? Osaka? The answer is Shimane. Do you know Takezima island? It is very small island. Now, South Korea control there by the force. There is very difficult environment for human lives. But if this island became South Korean land, Japanese fishing boads could not catch the fish. Now, South Korean goverment place the armed police on Takezima island. Moreover, South Korea built heliport, port and lighthouse. Because of deterioration of environment, Japanese Sea Lion die out. Once, Japanese ship was shot by Korean armed police. By the way, why South Korean goverment placed Police? Why do not army? Reason of it is very simple. If Korean army placed on Takezima, Japanese govermnet begin to put in serious effort to tackle this program. Maybe American combat plane fly to Takezima area from Okinawa. In September 25, 1954. Japan call Korean goberment to apper in International Court of Justice. But Korean goverment don't answer yet. A lot of people think North Korea is bad, but South Korea is good. Is this true?
