Refuel Operation in Indian Ocean

From my perspective, I believe it is important to continue participating in oil refuel activity. This is what most countries in Security Council agree with to fight for extiction of terrorism in last March. However, government has not been reached an agreement with eachother in negotiations. From the September 11th attack, we became sensitive to terriorism attacks. From then on, many countries have raised their danger level of security. We always get scared and terrified to incidents in other countries that are related to terrorism. I maintain that Japan should contribute to the international society if we are to fight against terrorism like other securities members. As US mentioned, they definately need the coorporation from Japan, or else it affects England, Pakistan and other countries' operation. This is not a domestic problem, it is international problem. Since Japan is the key here, we must participate for sustaining peace in international society. Self defence army plays an essential role for the security of the world; it will definately going to be the opportunity to exaggerate the contribution of our country, Japan.
