Bullying through Cell Phone

MMD (Mobile Marketing Data center) said bullying by cell-phone or the internet was increasing. About 15% of the junior high school students and high school students answered they had been bullied through cell-phone. Most of them got e-mail which criticized them. I think the problem of bullying in cell-phone is that it is hard for adults to find bullying because adults do not have opportunities to watch children’s one. Parents have to have interest in how their children use mobile phones and talk about the use of phones and the internet well.
