Reduce CO2

The Goverment daclared today that decreasing 6% of CO2, the goal at Kyoto protocol become possible by addition of provision for reducing CO2. The Government will recommend measure to shools and hospitals where provision is not done. But I guess CO2 had increased 8% after Kyoto protocol, so I think Japan should make more effort to decrease CO2. To do this, more Japanese people should aware about environmental problems and make their effort in their daily life.
