Democratic state

Do you know Kingdom of Bhutan? Bhutan was a despotic state before. The people sincerely respected the king. However the king spread television and Internet to have the people learn the world more. The king had had the people know the danger before it spread. However, as King expected it, the youth was devoted to a fighting game, and the person who cannot obey a social rule appeared. Afterwards, the king left, and the democratic state came into existence. The people came to assume the self-responsibility. The person cannot become free when there is someone's management. However, unless the person is managed, they take selfish action, and trouble others. I reconsidered democracy again.

Actually, I'm really interested in this problem. Bhutan is a country which is famous for generating the word "GDH". Thanks to Bhutan's despotic society and it's isolationism, civilians were all happy and were content with their lives. But people came to know other countries' cultures, people, and lifestiyles, after introducing medias. Comparing their lives with other countries' lives, they could no longer feel their lives are enough. People always think something relatively. Because of knowing external situation, they could go down from being happy to being unhappy. I think We have to think it carefully again if "knowing" is really positive or not.
