Unique contest

I found an interesting (funny?) article. It says that the contest of being punctual was hold in Cote d'Ivore. The aim of this contest is to have people think being late influence economic. An award-giving ceremony was took on EXACTLY 8pm, Oct 6th there and 9 of excellent business man and public officers got awards. The test was taken in their office without informing them to check their punctuality. Have you ever heard such a competition?! I think this is really interesting competition because it was held not in Japan but in Cote d'Ivore. I also think that I definitely can not win this competition lol
